I’m Vi, a Senior Product Designer focused on AI-native, human-centered products that help people learn, grow, and feel more confident in their work.

Recently at Praxis Labs and Torch, I led design for Pivotal Practice, an AI roleplay platform for managers, and Coach Maya, an AI coach that supports leaders between human coaching sessions. My work blends 0→1 product design, LLM behavior, and conversational/voice UX to make complex AI feel intuitive and trustworthy.

Outside of work, I’m usually with my family, exploring new food spots, or tinkering with small creative projects like illustration, photography, or tiny brand ideas.
