Tobias Glen Vineyard, known for its award-winning wines in Sonoma County, entrusted me with designing a bespoke cookbook as a welcome gift for their wine club members. This unique collaboration with a former chef from the Michelin-starred French Laundry resulted in exclusive recipes paired with the winery’s distinguished wines. I took this opportunity to elevate the brand, aligning it with the winery’s contemporary sophistication and high-quality standards. Additionally, I personally cooked and photographed several of the featured recipes, adding a personal touch to the project.
