Praxis Labs AI Coach

Coach Maya is a human-centered AI coach built to provide just-in-time leadership support. Unlike a chatbot, Maya builds an ongoing relationship with learners—remembering their goals, offering tailored guidance, and creating a warm, trustworthy presence. I designed the flows, visual system, and coaching interactions, focusing on emotional safety and inclusive leadership principles. Delivered in just two weeks, the prototype showed how AI could become a true coaching companion for real-world leadership challenges.
