Praxis Labs AI Roleplay

Pivotal Practice is an AI-powered roleplay platform that helps managers practice difficult workplace conversations with psychological safety. I led design from discovery to launch, guiding research, prototyping, and usability testing with client partners. Key contributions included designing the learner journey, introducing real-time AI coaching, and making roleplay conversations more natural with GenAI. The result was a scalable, customizable platform that launched with 14 scenarios and measurable impact on confidence and skill growth.
