Pill Club Patient Dashboard

Patients struggled to complete basic tasks because the old dashboard hid essential information, created support bottlenecks, and wasn’t designed for mobile. I redesigned the experience to make prescription management intuitive, transparent, and self-serve—improving information architecture, surfacing shipment status, and removing misleading UI patterns that left users stuck. Within the first week of launch, engagement increased fourfold and the dashboard began reducing support load across clinical and operations teams.
