Patients often abandoned sign-up because the original medical questionnaire was confusing, poorly sequenced, and overwhelming—especially on mobile. I redesigned Pill Club’s prescription flow end-to-end, mapping the logic for the first time, simplifying medical content, and restructuring questions so users could move through the process with clarity and confidence. The new experience reduced sign-up friction, supported faster medical review, and made a complex, regulated flow feel more intuitive and supportive for patients.
